Terms & Conditions

Bowman Richards & Asscoiates hosts registration for events for a number of organisations.

For terms and conditions relating to specific events, please check with the relevant website.

For the Australian Grains Industry Conference, the terms and conditions are as follows:

+ Registration Cancellation Policy

All changes and cancellations to registrations should be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Do not submit another registration form.

If an attendee is no longer able to attend they can transfer their registration to another delegate through an email to administration@ausgrainsconf.com

For any cancellation of registration by 30 June 2015, the registration fee will be refunded less a $150.00 administration fee. For any cancellation of registration after 15 February 2015, the full registration fee is non-refundable.

+ Privacy clause

The Australian Grains Industry Conference will only use delegate information to provide information relating to AGIC 2015 and future events.

In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to the conference including the Organising Committee.

Should you not wish to be included on the delegate list, please select the opt out clause on the registration form or advise AGIC at administration@ausgrainsconf.com

Where specific events do not have explicit terms and conditions, the following will apply:

If an attendee is no longer able to attend they can transfer their registration to another delegate through an email to rosemary@bowmanrichards.com

For any cancellation of registration within 30 days of the event, the registration fee will be refunded less an administration fee of no more than $150.00. For any cancellation of registration within 30 days, the full registration fee is non-refundable.

In registering for conferences hosted by Bowman Richards & Asscoiates, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates and may be made available to the conference host.
